Options on a Single Platform

Whether the data you need is in paper or electronic form, ViTELflo offers a variety of options for capturing data to review, compare, report, distribute and store.

  • Test data and measurements can be imported directly from devices and testing systems
  • Orders and patient demographic information can be received by interface from your EMR, LIS or other order system. ViTELflo will automatically link it to the correct test data that it is holding.
  • PDF files and scanned paper document can be labeled and imported into ViTELflo using Telemed’s Validator application. Save the time, reduce the costs and reduce the risk to privacy of managing information in paper form.
  • Create or edit information directly in ViTELflo. ViTELflo supports keystrokes, voice recognition software and the use of personalized word and phrase templates.

Real-Time Feedback Tool

It is imperative that ECG testing organizations have strong processes in place for obtaining actionable feedback on the quality of ECG tracings while those tracings are still in the processing cycle and before results are released to Referring Physicians.

Now your quality review processes can be as automated and efficient as the real time processing of your ECG tests. Plus these features deliver easy-to-locate, demonstrable evidence of your organization’s commitment to ongoing quality control. All of these actions take place in a secure cloud-based repository, eliminating the risk of security breaches.
ViTELflo’s QA review suite consists of two work flows – one for reviewing the quality of data acquired at testing sites and one for conducting blind peer review of interpretations. These work flows include the following:
  • Randomized generation of Review Work List, according to client-defined criteria
  • Completely blind review by Reviewer (Peer Review only)
  • One-click documentation of Reviewer’s grades and comments
  • Automated comparison of review results to peer average grades Secure centralization and storage of review results

Manned by agents who work exclusively for TeleMED. No third party agents are used. All TeleMED agents have worked in this capacity for 10+ years. The Call Centre usually provides first-line support for users. Options exist for providing second-tier support and options exist for providing round-the-clock support.

Network Engineering Program

Ensures continuous maintenance service to the network of servers that function in support of the TeleMED Cloud and to your specific solution. .

Customer Service Program
